An Abiotic Limiting Factor

Dry Grass

The pic above represents dry grass in my front yard. The reason why the dead grass is a limiting factor in its environment is because this summer we lacked rain,  but had lots of sunlight which led to the dry grass. Therefore, it's an abiotic limiting factor since it's not living anymore. It limits the little critters, plants that surround it, and doesn't have the nutrients to let these factors survive.
