After many scientific attempts, communicating with the extraterrestrials(aliens) have been a failure. Researchers believe that some sort of specific scientific protocol that will contact alien intelligence. A group of information analysts agreed that "an effective message to extraterrestrials should at least be understandable by humans, and releasing the protocol for testing will allow us to improve the protocol and develop potential messages"
